We are proud to announce our collaboration with “Je ne rends pas mon tablier”.

Born during the lockdown, “Je ne rends pas mon tablier” is a simple initiative: the sale of a 100% Made in France apron with proceeds going to help those working in restaurants, catering and events, as well as students affected by the economic consequences of the health crisis. For each apron purchased, you can donate €10 to the association of your choice on the website.
The Valrhona Foundation has partnered with Les Hauts Parleurs, the Lyon collective behind the project, to finance its Graines de Pâtissier program. One solidarity-based program funding another.
We chose these aprons, not only because they are symbols of our trade, but also because they are close to our values: they are made of cotton that was woven, dyed, and bleached in the Vosges and sewn in workshops in the Drôme. Thus, the sale of these aprons supports not only Graines de Pâtissier, but also local craftspeople.
You can find these aprons and support Graines de Pâtissier at the Tain l’Hermitage Valrhona store or on the Valrhona Ensemble website.
