July 19-21, Linda, Nassim, Hana, Kerim, Daywne, Chaïda, etc. completed their internship at the brand new Ecole Valrhona in Paris. And at the end of the third day… surprise! They were able to showcase their buffet and training to Mr. Guillaume Gomez in person.
This graduation ceremony is a powerful moment that allows young people to show off their work while giving partners an opportunity to come and meet them.
